* 중앙아프리카공화국의 마노보-군다에는 넓은 사바나지역으로 동식물군이 풍부하며 다양한 종의 좋은 서식지가 되고 있다.
* 코끼리, 치타, 표범, 들개, 들소등이 서식하고 있으며 북쪽 물가지대에는 다양한 종류의 물새들이 생식하고 있음
* The importance of this park derives from its wealth of flora and fauna. Its vast savannahs are home to a wide variety of species: black rhinoceroses, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, wild dogs, red-fronted gazelles and buffalo, while various types of waterfowl are to be found in the northern floodplains.

킬리만자로 국립공원 (Kilimanjaro National Park)
* 탄자니아 북동쪽 끝 평원에서 급경사를 이룬 거의 완벽한 형상의 화산인 킬리만자로산은 아프리카 최고봉(고도 5,895m)으로 아프라카에서 가장 웅장한 풍경 중의 하나로 꼽힌다.
* 아직도 활동하고 있는 이 화산과 눈 덮힌 정상에서 보이는 사바나의 울창한 삼림과 드넓은 평원은 가히 장관을 이룸.
* 멸종위기 동물을 비롯한 수많은 포유동물이 서식.

* At 5,895 m, Kilimanjaro is the highest point in Africa. This volcanic massif stands in splendid isolation above the surrounding plains, with its snowy peak looming over the savannah. The mountain is encircled by mountain forest. Numerous mammals, many of them endangered species, live in the park.
